Samsung has revealed its upcoming flagship phone - Galaxy S5 in Mobile World Congress (MWC 2014) and here is a list of Important Specs and Features of the phone.
In Design wise, It's a disappointment to all, since it looks similar to Galaxy S4, But Features wise it has got a lot of exciting stuffs packed up in it and and here's a list which summarizes S5's specs and Features.

Galaxy S5 - Specs and Features
- This is the worlds first curved Super AMOLED touchscreen display on a wearable device.
- Galaxy S5: 5.1-inch 1080p screen, USB 3.0 port, Android 4.4.2, waterproof, 2.5Ghz quad-core processor.
- The Galaxy S5 has a dimpled plastic back, which comes in white, blue, black and copper-gold.
- Camera - 16MP, super-fast AF and real-time HDR, the best just got better.
- The Galaxy S5 is also the first device to bring HDR+ to Video camera.
- IP67 - Dust Resistant. Samsung says you can take Galaxy S5 in the tub, shower or rain, but that it's water resistant and not water proof.
- Ultra power saving mode will turn the display to Black and White and shut down all non essentials - 24h at standby with 10% battery left. Pretty amazing :()
- Samsung Galaxy S5 will have one click "Kids mode" that locks phone to only those apps you want your kids to access.
- Biggest Feature - Heart rate sensor built into the back to help track your exercise activity
- Has 12 hours of video playback and 10 hours of Web browsing with battery capacity of 2800 mAh.
- Galaxy S5 Sports Wi-Fi 802.11ac MIMO, ensuring you'll have the fastest connection no matter where you are.
- Finger scanner unlocks private mode where videos, pictures, files can be kept secured. Like a passport copy, It's is encrypted on your device and never shared. To make secure payments such as to approve your Paypal transactions with the Galaxy S5. Only your finger can unlock the phone.
- The phone also includes 2GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage that can be expanded with up to 128GB of microSD storage, and a 2,800mAh battery. It measures 142.0 x 72.5 x 8.1mm and weighs 145g, slightly larger and heavier than the Galaxy S4's 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm and 130g.
- The phone has a 5.1-inch 1080p AMOLED display, slightly larger than last year's Galaxy S4, and it will run Android 4.4.2. It's also one of the first devices to use a Snapdragon 801 from Qualcomm. This "one louder" version of the Snapdragon 800 is architecturally identical but comes with faster CPU, GPU, and memory bus speeds, a bone Qualcomm has thrown to OEMs while it finishes up work on the true Snapdragon 800 successor, the 805.
- The Samsung Galaxy S5 will arrive on all major U.S. carriers in April.
