Some Users unable to login to twitter through web - Update
Twitter as everyone knows famous social networking and microblogging service is facing some issues as some users were unable to login particularly through web as we speak.
As I am trying to login to twitter now, It wont allow me to get into my account, even-though i felt whether i have typed the wrong password, but still after verifying multiple times, It redirected to me Twitter/Error Page Showing up a Mechanic robot with the caption written - "Something is technically wrong.".. (You guys should have come across like this)
Usually this kind of error occurs, if you are typing wrong Username/password, But verified through twitter Support Account from web as they tweeted about this issue and you can see the embedded tweet below and its confirmed.
Also verified with tweets of some members from my twitter lists about this issue which they are facing especially when they tried to login via web but it works good while logging in via mobile/desktop apps. Pretty much not sure what's the issue.
Also did a quick check with downrightnow twitter update and verified the same as they stated as "Possible Service disruption". Lets hope it gets resolved soon.
UPDATE: The Issue Seems to be Resolved now - Twitter support team (@support) tweeted on this.
Solution to get rid of this issue:
Just couple of minutes back, I got a thought and it really works and can help you to login to your twitter account.
People who are desperate to get into twitter can follow below steps.
Its nothing big, But just reset your password by clicking "Forgot password" link and type in your email id associated with your twitter account.
That's it!!! Follow reset instructions and change your password, Voila, You are logged into your Twitter account and problem solved. Wait, You must be logged on, once you log off, It wont let you in.. So make sure to logged on with session active till the issue gets resolved by twitter team.
Through this Twitter freaks can stay connected with their account.
